The Barns of Lost Creek offers couples a variety of rental packages (further down on this page) and the flexibility to truly personalize their special day. Before we can start discussing what’s possible, we need to make sure that the date(s) you are imagining are available. Prime wedding season dates fill up fast, so if your date is available don’t hesitate to reach out!

All prices below include chairs for up to 150 guests in the big barn, or 130 folding chairs for outdoor ceremonies, as well as our handmade barn wood dinner tables. The Barns of Lost Creek provides all the tables you’ll need for gifts, guest book, etc… and we take care of setting up the tables and chairs for the ceremony, dinner, and dancing!
1-Day Rentals
Friday
You have the buildings and grounds from 8:00AM - 11:00PM (closing time) Friday, plus an hour or so for clean-out.
Reception + Ceremony: $3800

Saturday
You have the buildings and grounds from 8:00AM - 11:00PM (closing time) Saturday, plus an hour or so for clean-out.

2-Day Rentals

You have the venue to decorate, rehearse, and bring in a casual dinner for your wedding party and family.

Mosey on in, get ready, take photos, and have a relaxed wedding day because all the work is done! Includes an hour or so for clean-out.

Rental Contract
The Barns of Lost Creek team works hard to ensure that your plans for the property are smoothly and efficiently synchronized, delivering just what you had envisioned. Download the Rental Contract for details.
Catering Contract
The Barns of Lost Creek is a privately-owned property and a homestead for which we take pride in maintaining while adhering to the conditional use permit detailed by Pierce County. Download the Catering Contract for details.
Music Contract
The Barns of Lost Creek works hard to be respectful and considerate of our neighbors in regards to the volume of any music featured as part of the events we host. Download the Music Contract for details.
Parking Guidelines
We take pride in our farm, and the restoration of this property. It is our home, and we have neighbors. For those reasons, we request your cooperation with the following:
1. Renters and their guests must use the driveway on County Road N for easy access to the parking area.
2. Parking is provided and allowed ONLY in the defined, mowed parking area, EXCEPT vehicles with handicap plates – they may park in the designated spots by the silos.
3. Parking in front of the barn is limited to drop-off and pick-up only.
4. No parking on or along the roads.
5. We are happy to valet park any guest not capable of walking the short distance to the barn.
